Our factory trailer got installed under the estimate, which was great, and the sevice advisor made sure we got just what we needed for our towing needs on our Highlander. And explained everything well when we picked it up.

My appt was for 7:30 for just a tire rotation. Yesterday my company called for a mandatory meeting at 8:30. I got there at 7 hoping to get in early to make the meeting. They got me in right away. At 8:10 I walked to the service counter and told the person there I had to be at a meeting in 15 minutes. He told me I should talk to whoever scheduled the meeting to work around my schedule..and i would normally would have had to be there another half hour on tire rotation. really-should i tell an executive of the company to schedule a meeting based on your employee's mrecommendation? Then he tried to sell me tires. Guess what, I'm not gonna buy the tires now

Even though driving a Volvo, they assisted me immediately, pulled the tire, which was damaged beyond repair. Replaced with a suitable new tire, and finished repairs within a couple hours. Was able to resume my trip. Fernon, Bill and Kris were so accommodating. Top notch dealership.
