Never communicated with me what was going on. Just was told my car might be covered by warranty, and it might be done Saturday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Such a large timeframe. I submitted texts to the automated service I received, and never once got a response back with an update. Never was asked if I needed a courtesy vehicle, as I did not have a car for a week. Once my vehicle was done, I had to find a ride to pick it up. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I was simply handed the keys. Then had to search the parking lot for my car. And did not even receive a courtesy car wash, which I've received at every other Toyota dealership.

I asked Bill about my next visit last time I was here and reassured me that I could break up the next service day into three separate visits to make it more affordable so when my maintenance light came on I called Bill and remembered our conversation. I asked what order I should do and he suggested the most important was the mileage checkup first. He also put the prices for the other two services on my receipt so I knew what I was looking at. I appreciate being able to look and know exactly what I need money wise to finish up. Thanks Bill. I'll be calling sooonfor the next one.
