I've been going to Anderson Weber for years to get my vehicles serviced. John Wilhelm has always been a professional when it comes to communicating what services are needed, or by answering any questions I may have. All the vehicle maintenance staff at Anderson Weber have been great.

I don't like being told that I am due for "recommended" services that don't apply to my vehicle and before a technician looks at it. Three of the services recommended were not routine recommendations by Toyota and were only recommended for vehicles being driven under special circumstances. This has happened to me on two occasions and it turns me off.

While driving home from having the recall work completed, I noticed that I did not have any turn signals. I called and will have to bring the van in again to have that fixed. Other than that, I am satisfied with the service.

It took well over an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation. Would have been ok if the service man was working the entire time on my vehicle, but he ran off several times. At one point he ran to change the paper towel roll 3 car bays down the line. The curtesy driver could sense my frustration.

Bill was very helpful with the service of my vehicle. He made me aware of a few recalls that I didnt know about and was able to get them handled during the time of service. As always, very satisfied with the service and courtesy that I receive from Anderson Weber.
