I would like to recommend an extra level of customer service: when I spend over $450 dollars in routine maintenance that's recommended, and being a faithful Anderson Weber/Toyota customer, I would like to have a complementary car wash so when I pick up my car, it's nice and clean. Or some sort of customer rewards program for those of us who consistently take our vehicles there and support your business. I know other places that do this even when you get your oil changed and only spend about $30. I'm not unhappy with John's service personally, as he does alright. Thank you for allowing me to provide my feedback.
