My alignment was adjisted today....inside of all 4 tires were wore accessively & was told tires needed to be replaced...why wasn't this seen before today? Should have been caught last time & the need for new tires would have been avoided.

I bought my 2012 4Runner 4 or 5 yrs ago and the people working there still don’t call me by first name or carry on a conversation with me because I’m just another vehicle to them. Today, when I sat there waiting for my car, the service guys and office girls chatted with other customers Joking around and such. They still don’t know who I am. Don’t get me wrong, they’re polite but I don’t feel the same connection that they’re obviously giving other customers. When I go to trade off my 4Runner it won’t be with this dealership. I’d like to think that my years of being loyal to Anderson Weber would mean something but it sure doesn’t feel that way. Great vehicle and I love it but not going back to Anderson Weber.
