Very polite and straight forward. Gave options to me to save money but also was commited on doing it the right way with my repair. Big bonus was helping me reinstall my car seats from the loaner to my vehicle with out evening asking. Will do business again!

Every time I have tires rotated your guys overinflate them. The tires on my 4-runner had 35 PSI or more in them when I checked the cold tire pressure today. Over inflation causes undue tire wear and the vehicle ride is not as smooth. I have no doubt about that. The sticker on the door jamb says 32 PSI. That is Toyota’s requirement, and I think the door jamb sticker is there for a reason. I will be needing new tires in the next year and am not sure where I will purchase them because of your policy of over inflating my tires. And with 32 PSI in the tires, my tire pressure warning lights never come on. Except for this issue, I am satisfied with auto service at Anderson-Weber.
