We were told to bring the car in at 10 for new tires and service. They said it would be ready at 2. Stopped back at 1:07 to see how it was going. Car was still where I parked it. They didn't think it would be ready by 2 and offered to drop it off. At the time we said no as Steve was coming back in town later in the afternoon. John did call at 2:38 to say car was finished and they would bring it out. I accepted that offer and they brought it at 4:15 as we had arranged. I had paid the bill over the phone with my credit card. When they brought me the car they brought the bill. I looked through the bill and they had not credited me for the coupons I showed John when he wrote up the order. That entailed another phone call and almost 7 minutes on the phone waiting for the money to be credited back on my account. I was not impressed with my experience today. As I said to John earlier today, it was the service department that caused us to leave Anderson-Weber 26 years ago. We may have made a mistake in giving you another chance.
