I brought my vehicle in, stating I believed my front left wheel bearing was going bad. An appointment was scheduled, and from that appointment I was charged $100 to be told my front left wheel bearing was going bad. I find this ridiculous and am considering taking my vehicle elsewhere for the repair

I was in last week without an appointment with my Lexus and had a screw off my back license plate cut off and a new insert put in. This took less than an hour. I was extremely happy with the service. Today, I had an appointment for my Sienna at 2:30 for the same issue and after 90 minutes a staff noticed I was sitting there for a long time. She was very kind and said she would look into it. They came and told me it had to go to the body shop. Another 30 minutes later it was done. On my way home there was a rattle in the back. When I arrived home I opened the back door and found out the panel was not put back on the door. I returned to the dealership and when we took the plastic panel out, the license plate was sitting there and not on the back of my van. I was extremely upset since I had a very good experience on my service the week before.
