This Was our first complementary service on our first Anderson weber purchase. We are very satisfied. We love love love our Toyota 2018 4 Runner. If our finances were available we would do a second one, so we wouldn’t have to fight over who gets it today! LOL thank you!

Your service has gotten to expensive. Oil change and tire rotation over 16.00 dollars more then six months ago. Will look for other service provider.

Anderson-weber service department put my mind at ease while working on my car. Ensured that they wouldnt return it to me until they where for sure it was fixed. Got updated through the whole process making me believe my car was in great hands. Thanks for everything you guys did! From carrying my childs car seat and putting it in the loaner vehicle for me to letting me bug you through the process. Thank you!

I was disappointed that Curt was out of uniform today; he should have been wearing A CAPE because Superman always wears his cape and Curt Martin is the Superman of car repair in the tri-states! Curt is the reason why I still own a Toyota, my son drives a Toyota, and my daughter is getting a Toyota in the next month (with an assist from Dave Pettera). Curt Martin is the best car guy in the tri-states.

When on 400-mile trip and oil warning light turned on, coached me by phone through risks associated with decision to abort trip or complete trip and then bring in for service. Next day identified problem, explained it clearly, took responsibility for earlier service error and fixed it quickly without question or charge. Car model not one typically serviced by this dealership, but willing to do research, acquire parts not typically in stock and service car locally. Very impressed, and consistent with my excellent experience having my Lexus Serviced here. Kudos to Curt!!
