Initially, I was very frustrated that my son’s car seat was taken out and was not reinstalled. However, upon my phone call to inquire why it was not, Kurt called me back, AND came to me to install it/make things right. I appreciate that I was heard and more that I was taken care of. It means a lot to me, I feel as if my opinion matters and you care about me as a customer. Thank you!
