Ridiculous to charge for rotating tires when bought the tires there. Should have bought them at Goodyear instead. Makes me question totally whether getting a fair deal here. For first time in 20 years that now question if will return for any service. Sorry, may have lost a loyal customer.

John Is always on top of our serice needs and request He always asks if we want to schedule next appointment. We usually decline as our schedules change frequently. He is always gracious and understanding. He has also has made numerous service recommendations to us that are very helpful and often save us money overall. He is a keeper!!!

Everyone was warm courteous and... kind. It was my first routine check on my new RAV4, Hybrid (2018) It as the first routine appt. The MPG went up immediately after the appt.

John was so attentive & I appreciated it greatly! He called to tell me when my car was ready - and thanked me for bringing my car to AW. As I was attending to the bill John asked if he could get my car for me ( it was cold & windy)and brought it right up to the door! What other dealerships do that?!! Curt Martin stopped to talk to me & also thanked me for coming. I feel that the people at Anderson Weber have my back - they are the reason I keep returning. I can count on them! I also appreciate the shuttle service.... Suzanne ****
