I took my car in for an oil change and to have my summer tires put on. It was a little overwhelming when he was telling me all the things I needed to have done and telling me about the deals that I could get on tires. I didn’t do anything extra but when I got home and had time to go over my service records I realized I haven’t had new tires since 2012 or a new battery since 2014 so I will be bringing my car back in to have those things taken care of.

Was not notified when car was ready. Car went in at 0930 for maintenance that was to take approximately an hour. Don’t know when car was actually ready. Finally called early afternoon to see what was going on. No text since 11:00 telling us that they didn’t forget us. Obviously they did forget us since no further text was forthcoming. Not the usual fine experience....

I was unexpectedly called back to work on a very short notice. Shane coordinated the shuttle driver quickly to ensure I got back to work as quick as possible. Later in the day Shane scheduled the shuttle driver to drive to my work place, pick me up and bring me back to the dealership so I could get my vehicle. Thank you very much, a job very well done.
