You performed a BG engine assurance and a BG brake flush. Neither of these items are listed in my Scheduled Maintenance Guide. Either you are doing unnecessary maintenance or the information from Toyota is incomplete.

Nobody came and explained the work done. I had to ask the cashier if my truck was done after I saw someone park it outside. It was sitting in the parking lot with the hazard lights flashing for at least 10 minutes. She was the only one who was helpful. I was told someone would be talking to me shortly and explain the coolant leak, but nobody showed up. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my service, I decided to pay my bill and left, as it was obvious nobody was coming out to talk to me, and I had better things to do than wait for you. Only comment about my coolant leak was to replace the radiator, again with no explanation from anyone. You didn't even replace the windshield sticker telling me when I should service the vehicle again! All in all, EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! Worst I've ever had from Anderson Weber. If I have to replace the radiator, I'll have to think long and hard if I'll allow you to do the work. I'll also keep this visit in mind when it comes time to replace my truck.
