John was very helpful. He arranged for a courtesy car because the wait was going to be substantial. He updated me of the status of the service and facilitated the service so I can have the car the same day. Appreciate his work.

I’m completely satisfied with Anderson-Weber’s personnel and facility. I wonder, though, if they could consider setting the TV in the customer waiting area on silent with captions. The waiting area is very pleasant (and I really appreciate the good coffee) but with the background music already playing in the showroom, the addition of the noisy TV is kind of unpleasant.

They did not diagnose the right exhaust problem and so I fix something for nothing. I now have to fix it again somewhere else because they did not get it. The exhaust is now louder than it was when I brought it in.

The initial estimate when I dropped off the the truck was 45 minutes. I called an hour and a half later and was told 40 more minutes. I showed up an hour and a half after that and was told 20 more minutes. About 45 minutes after that the truck was done. However, they lost my keys and it took an extra five minutes to find them because they put them with someone else’s paperwork. The shop has some organization work to do.

The re-call part took some time to arrive. Anderson Weber assured me that when the air bag inflator arrived that I would be notified. I was, and the scheduled appointment went well along with the loaner car I was given. The 40,000 mile oil change and inspection was done at the same time. I am pleased with the care and consideration given me. Thanks “Toyota” and Anderson Weber.
