I was in today for a scheduled oil change only. Bill advised there was some suggested maintenance due to my vehicle which I declined at that current time. I told his specifically oil change only today! I left and came back paid my bill and was on my way. However when my husband looked at the bill later asked why it cost more than normal I told him I don't know they didn't say anything was different. He then looked at the bill and saw that the tires were rotated and we were charged the amount. Even after I told Bill oil change only. We are very unsatisfied with out visit today! There was no talk or speak of any extra charges when I picked up the vehicle. We had a separate appt already scheduled with our tire guy who rotates our tires for FREE with purchase of the tires. I feel as if I was taken advantage of today. I don't normally deal with the maintenance of our vehicles my husband does, so I didn't know the price nor the normal protocol for service and such. Once again we are both very upset this happened today. Yes it's only $15 extra dollars however it shouldn't have been!

Even though the service dept was swamped, I had a nail in my tire and they said to bring it in and they’d squeeze me in today. I appreciated them going to the trouble for good customer service.

Excellent service. Staff reviewed tires and patched one tire--saved me money. Waiting room was wonderful with drinks, fruit, reading material, and internet. I did not have to wait long. I love Anderson-Weber!

When I checked in I showed a coupon to be applied to the work. When I went to check out, it had not been applied. Therefore I had to wait longer (not much) while they recalculated the bill.
