I had car trouble while on a trip as I was traveling through Dubuque. Not only was my car expertly repaired, but I was given a car to use for a day so that my trip was in interrupted. THANKS again to the entire team.

Was treated Courteously and talked so I could understand what the car needed in the future. Helped with a scratch I got in the grocery parking lot. Gave a list and prices for new tires before winter. Have and will continue to recommend your service department.

Curt was a great help and very considerate on making an early drop off and quick service work for my girlfriend and her work schedule. He seemed very knowledgeable about our warranties as well as the work that needed to be done to our vehicle. He also took time to research the specifics on some tires we had a question about. I would say he was one of the better maintenance people to do business with!

Part of the service was to do a multipoint inspection which includes checking the brakes. But since at another service stop last week it was recommended someone check the brakes. So when dropping it off we specifically asked that the brakes be checked. There were no concerns when dropping it off but when picking it up we where told we needed a separate appointment to check the brakes. That does not seem right that we would be told this after we were told to come pick the car up. There was also another service request that was not done. We understand that issues come up but this was all very poorly communicated and handled. We have always had good service in the past, so we will bring the car back but this was disappointing and we expect better communication in the future.
