I purchased the 2016 Toyota Camry on 8/22/2019 from Anderson-Weber. Drove it a short distance on 8/24/2019. Drove it around town on 8/26/2019 and heard an intermittent clunking sound. Brought it in and Shane was unable to hear the sound on a test drive and did not see anything obviously wrong when the undercarriage was inspected. He told me to try to gather more information about the clunking and then bring it back in. I cannot feel satisfied until the problem is identified and will not feel safe driving the car until the problem is identified. I will bring the car in again.

Your service department is great. Curt Martin has worked with me on a couple of issues with my car and he is always thorough and thoughtful and gets the job done even if it is an oddball problem that takes extra effort. Bill and John are knowledgeable and friendly even when extremely busy. Chris helped me this week with a billing question and she was wonderful.
