We ordered parts for a mirror on overnight and had an appointment two days later. Toyota did not send the parts so we arrived for the appointment and was informed the parts were missing.. This made us 25 minutes early for our LOF appointment. Bill did everything possible to get us in but it was after 3 before our vehicle was done. I believe 45 minutes for change oil and rotate tires is a little excessive.
