They forgot to check my windshield wipers/fluid. I’m not getting fluid out of the sprayers. Otherwise it was great!

I had an appointment for an oil change on my 2018 van and got the service for the one-year service but did not get the oil changed on the check because I only had 3800 miles on it in 12 months. I then went back and asked how come I didn't get the oil change and he said the service manager Musta looked at the mileage and not the the months it was used so I had to leave it for the rest of the day. But they did promise to get it done and Bring it to me at my home that day which they did.

Took 2 hours. Don’t know what he did. They lost the car. No one knew where it was. Hazard lites we’re on when it was found we would like to know if ANYTHING was done. NOT happy!!
