This is our third Toyota and I couldn't get the dealer in Madison to call me back to simply check where the van was leaking oil. Ended up just being a simple fix. John and his team answered my questions on the first call set an appointment to check it out. Also let me use a car (didn't expect that) thank you very much we will definitely be back. Thanks again!

I went in for a oil change and to have my rotated! I thought a hour would have been plenty long! It took a hour and a half and that was after I noticed my van was parked and ready to go but I was not informed it was ready!
