I appreciate your friendly and professional service department and your comfortable waiting area. I was promptly greeted. He told me how long the service would take and it was actually ready early. I also received an extensive printout of the work done and the results of the vehicle inspection. All of these things made for a positive experience. Thank you!

Bill is great at doing his job & takes care of me well very helpful & caring. My only concern was how much it cost me to have it looked at $160.00 & that was just to tell me what was wrong that's alot of money to me now people said I should of went somewhete else that was alot of money & no work was involved. My estimate to fix all my problems is so much I can't afford to fix it right now & I will have to try to find someone cheaper to help me out!! Bill is awesome at his job I just don't make alot of money to fix my car at Anderson Weber. I know it is what it is I just think that was alot of money to tell me what was wrong!! Sorry I know it's my problem not yours thanks for letting me voice my opinion. Linda D
