Dropping off the vehicle was fast and easy. As planned, I received a loaner vehicle, also, fast and easy. My vehicle was ready, as promised. Everyone I had contact with, too many people for me to remember their names, was friendly, polite, neat, clean, and seemed to have my best interest in mind.

I reported a clunking sound coming from the front end of my truck. I was not happy to hear it is normal. The ABS pump kicking in at state up. What? Who wants to hear that coming from a naw truck

John was great, BUT the vehicle was taken in for warranty repair. While in, another part (I was told fuel line)was damaged. It took 3 weeks for the part to come in and my car to be returned (dirty). While John and the dealership were great and provided me with a loaner, I think 3 weeks is a bit long...
