Well, just want to say that I hope we got the problem solved. I guess time will tell. Gosh, it took me a few blocks of driving to get used to shifting a clutch again and I've driven one for years. Glad to get it back.

Shane was very personable. He was able to take time to ride in my car, and listen to a weird noise That had developed in my RAV4. Maintenance looked at the brakes, and apparently it was decided it was no problem and okto drive....thanks Shane! I will return in 2,000miles for service. Jo

Tim was very quick in assessing the problems with my car. He switched my windshield wipers and voluntarily remembered to add washer fluid, which my car needed. He fixed my passenger side window that had stopped responding to the automatic control switch, and adjusted my tire pressure. He also rescheduled my upcoming appointment to accommodate unexpected surgery on my part. By fixing my tire pressure and windshield wipers, he made my car better to operate for the coming weeks until I can get to the shop for my regular service maintenance. He is very professional and is outstanding at customer service. You are fortunate to have an employee like Tim who shows so much care for customers and strives to do such an excellent job.
