Martin is a a great guy with great customer service. It is disappointing that the service manager didn’t reach out to me after I spent $1000 on two headlights only to come back to spend another $1700 on a headlight assembly that I believe was damaged by the service team. After decades of purchasing multiple vehicles from MKSmith and relying on the expertise of your service department for any maintenance items/repairs I have decided I will no longer be a MK Smith customer.

The oil change and transmission lock up recall, both were scheduled as a waiting customer at 9:30am, were completed. Upon arriving at 9:15 I was contacted at 2:15pm that my service was completed. I made an appointment because I live 25 miles away and expected service shouldn't be more than 2-2/5 hours. I'm having a difficult time understanding why after having a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT a oil change and a transmission ECM reflash-recall takes 5 hours! Why should I even bother with making an appointment???

Jennifer was thorough and very professional. She was able to reschedule me to meet my schedule change and provided a quick drop off and pick up. She was also pro active and up front on additional issue with my tire pressure sensor, gave me up front quote and offered to contact me with any additional issues/costs that may come up during the service. Thank you for a great and easy experience.
