Gary and the technicians were absolutely amazing. I will always keep coming back because of him and the crew. Unfortunately the cashier Danielle was less than courteous, very rude to me and my wife and did not conduct herself like the 5th year employee she made sure to let us know she was.

Today my wife brought two of our vehicles in for oil changes. All went well. Jay was so helpful with the services that needed to be done. Jay also noticed that 3 of our tire sensors were out instead of the 1 I thought was out. I will have those replaced soon. My wife will be returning to your service dept to bring in our other car in for its oil change as well. Hoping to bring in on Thursday July 16th early as possible. Appreciate Jay's friendliness and help with getting the vehicles worked on quickly at a reasonable time as well. Love your coffee while waiting and tv access☺️

I took my Chevy Bolt to Hershiser Chevy service when my Bolt had recent warning light on my dash. My service advisor (Jennifer) was extremely helpful and informative. As it turned out I needed major repairs I was given a rental car right away. My car was not only fixed but service (Jennifer) kept me updated. I got my car back and I’m really happy with the results. Definitely recommend Hershiser (Jennifer).

The team at Orel Hershier have all been very supportive during our service, and sales experience and the rating is in no way reflective of them at all. But Chevy itself has been a complete disappointment with the quality of tge vehicle we purchased and their ability to make the the parts needed available to the dealer to get my vehicle fixed. The dealer has been exceptional, but Chevy has been a 100% disappointment

The buzzing sound from both front seat belts’ housing still bothering. Looks like it wasn’t checked. Tire pressure wasn’t consistent in all four tires.

The service was done faster than expected and Martin was great. However, I received my vehicle back, and I found that there was a large sized dead insect on the inside of my windshield, on top of the dashboard. It was not there when the vehicle was taken in for service. The team failed to check the vehicle before returning which would have allowed them to see the insect laying in plain sight

Haven't had much time to drive since repair but hopefully be tge same as always as far as quality and care the employees at MK Chevrolet and especially jennifer for the care and trust do to their longevity at our dealership and the team that has been there with her for years Sorry to hear shes leaving. People like her is why we've shopped there exclusively for years.
