Communication from the service dept is lacking. This is my 2nd visit to this dealer and it was the same issue.
My vehicle was left duty(grease smeared on my center console and what looked like muddy fingerprints on the inside door panel)

I missed my schedule appointment due to work earlier in the week. Called next day Gary understood took care of my next appointment and everything got done in no time. Apperciate everyone.
Jay’s service was very professional. I commend him for this especially in light of the fact that he initially had to give me bad news. Apparently the appointment I made with your AI system did not show up on schedule. Jay realized I was visibly upset upon receiving the news that I would have to reschedule or leave my car all day. Neither option appealed to me nor fit into the day’s plans. Jay quickly pivoted and asked what can I do to make this right. I insisted he accommodate my car and he did which took 2 hours. I know that neither Jay nor I created the situation rather the new automated scheduling system. All turned out well and I left a happy customer.
I have no complaints. Jennifer Hunt is helpful knowledgeable and very nice.

I was hesitant on going for service here, lifelong CHINO resident i was highly disappointed with service here and havent been back for at least 10yrs, purchased new vehicles from MK in 1998, 2003, 2014 stopped soing service/ maintenance there in 2016. There was NO POINT to make appointments because itd take hours for an oil chamge, matter fact the last time little under 5hrs and when i got my truck back worker left his coffee cup w seeds in it...took a chance today took our new 26' equinox for first oil change, we purchased vehicle in Merced Ca, ues up north 5 hrs away, didn't give MK a chance didnt want to give our business here. Well after dealong today with Jay in the service dept looks like i will be back...more satisfied than ever with this place and making an appointment FINALLY paid off...8am appointment was go e by 845..THANK YOU JAY

Martine was great the service was do earlier than I expected that was great because I had a unexpected appointment ✅???????? but you’re prices for a oil change over $160 is ridiculous I get the price of oil is up with tariffs and all that BS but to charge these kind of prices just because you can knowing what customers are going through is wrong !!!!! Business are getting tariff money back but the customer is the one who paid that at the end they should pass it down to the consumer who ultimately paid the INFLATED Cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
