Jennifer was a phenomenal service member who answered my questions promptly and streamlined scheduling my service. I however am disappointed that within just 1 year of ownership, I am encountering all of these issues with my colorado. At no fault to jennifer, I find it quite convenient that such a critical component of my colorado be "malfunctioned" just 1-2k miles past the 36k mile warranty.

Was the second in line at 7am, called at 1240 to check status. Called once and was hung up on. Called back and sent to VM. Called a third time and no one could help me waited on hold for 5+ min just to be told thy isn’t even know why it was there. A complete lack of communication. We will o longer be taking our vehicles there.
