I have been bringing my vehicle for service to this location for over 7 years. Today was the first time I had a bad experience with my service agent. I had an appointment at 2 PM, I arrived 10 minutes early. My service agent was not inside his booth. I asked another agent for help and they stated that they would text him. I waited around and my agent finally arrived 7 minutes late. He asked me what I was there for and I stated I had an appointment at 2 PM for an oil change. He never apologized for being late, he had no personality and was not very friendly. I was very disappointed with this type of service from this agent. He needs to be trained again in customer service, because he clearly does not have those skills. I am not sure if I will bring my vehicle back to this location.

I was waiting in the lobby for my vehicle to be completed. Advised verbally that vehicle should be completed within an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes had passed went to ask about the status. Vehicle service had already been completed and I was not advised until I went to check on it. Could have saved valuable time if I had been advised as soon as vehicle was done

Gary is my go to guy. Excellent customer service. He makes sure your vehicle gets the appropriate attention that it needs. I will continue to take my vehicle to MK in the future.

Last two times I’ve been here I’ve had issues, Last time they didn’t rotate my tires and I had to bring my truck back next day and this recent time they broke my mudflap on my truck and I had to return another day to have it replaced.
