I took my car to program a BCM module , because I had a issue with my windows not closing all the way up l, the little gap when you close the door,I went last week and they make me buy 2 new keys to be able to program the BCM module I think is not necessary to buy 2 keys. My car was in the dealership for almost one week and my issue didn't fixed and I end up paying good money. ????

Jennifer Hunt is solid. Unfortunately, MK Smith didn’t have the oil filter for my 2024 Corvette Z06 for an appointment that I made weeks before and took time off from work. Again, Jennifer is solid and presented me with a couple of options. But, this is the third time in as many attempts that MK Smith wasn’t able to take care of my situation on the first attempt while utilizing the Chevrolet appointment process ( MyChevorlet app).

I took it in for an oil change yesterday and told him to make sure they wipe up their mess because it’s usually the oil all over the place then it gets on my driveway. Well, I got home the next morning. It was oil all under my truck oil plug was loose filter was loose. Took it all the way back there. They cleaned it up and said it was fixed. I got home and the oil filter still leaking. I feel I should be compensated for the 37 mile round trip. This is the third time it’s happened. You can call me at ****-****-xxxx. My name is Dan

I bought the vehicle from you. I have you doing all my services, but they never checked the brakes. The front driver side rotor was completely worn. The back passenger side was never engaging so I had to put all new brakes and rotors on when they took it in for an oil change this time. The brakes were squealing like a pig, and nobody said anything if there was a problem or not so I am not satisfied with that cost me over $1000 for new brakes and rotors out of my pocket which you guys should’ve caught about four oil changes earlier
