Gary is a great service professional and is very helpful. This review is not about him. The wait times at your dealership are extraordinary. I was speaking with other “waiting” customers and they were all sharing the same frustration with how long it takes to get an oil change. What is the limit of making an appointment?

I wasn’t acknowledged in a timely manner by multiple service ado. It wasn’t until I went and stood outside of Jennifer Hunt’s office . Jennifer’s customer service skills lack professionalism and friendliness. She made me feel unwelcome. However her text messages received from Jennifer was as I had dealt with a totally different person. Recommendations: Send Jennifer to a soft skills training class and the other two advisors to how to deliver good customer care(acknowledging customers). Thank you for listening. Stella A

My husband noticed that the tires on the vehicle were not rotated. The representative suggested we come back tomorrow, we’re going on a road trip, so this was unfortunate! Not only that, but we had made an appointment for 11:00am and were told it would take 3-4 hours, and yet no rotation and it was done at 3!!!
