I can honestly tell you that I had had the most horrible experience this time. My car needed a windshield replaced I decide to not have Safelite replace the windshield and decided to take to MK so that it can be correctly replaced. My car was there about 3 days only to be told the windshield did not arrive. Took back the car the following Monday according to Jake the vendor had brought 2 wrong windshields. I arrived about 3:00pm to find the car seating there without the windshield replaced. Talked to Jay he stated contractor will come back to replace the windshield within the hour. Unfortunately cameras that sense when crossing over the line and sensor that senses when I’m not paying attention to the road are not working also, the box that seat behind the mirror fell off. All over a sour experience that to be honest it makes MK look bad. Not sure if there is no follow up from Jay or ur contractor needs to replaced but over all not a good experience. Now, I have to wait until next Tuesday for those items to be looked at.????

I was extremely happy with the service and attention that I received from Martin. He was very helpful as far as the recall I was extremely upset when I received my car back and instead of replacing the blade inside the remote, they removed the blade key and gave me keys. That was very disappointing.

Jay was exceptional with his service. I could see his workload is heavy but still executed, and his managers should take notes. Trying to contact managers now thats just not happening. Jay- 10/10 MK Smith management - 0/10
