Jennifer was great as usual. She got our issues taken care of and got me back in our truck with everything in good shape. The shuttle driver has always been very kind and helpful. The clerk in the cashiers office was very pleasant and considerate.

Jennifer hunt was amazing and took care of all my needs . I always take my truck and wife’s car there . But have not used her she’s awesome and Greta customer service . Unfortunately the tech that worked on my truck scratched my truck as Jennifer knows and watched videos she is handling it . So customer service from Jennifer was awesome just bummed out that the tech did not take pride working on my 75000$ truck that looks brand new still . I have had two friends stop Going because there vehicles were scratched . But on Jen’s end she’s been amazing

It took 3 1/2 weeks for the work to get done which was way to long.And from the estimate of $250 went to $399 at the end. Jaylan was nice and we know it wasn't his fault. Now we will see if the problem is fixed correctly.

I really like the fact that Gary is so efficient and advises me of what my truck needs regarding service, his courtesy nature keeps me coming back, and the service and mechanic staff, including the ladies in the office are efficient and always polite.
