Service would not complete a recall on my vehicle due to the fact my truck had a lift kit. MK Smith installed the kit before my purchase. I believe MK Smith should have honored my recall since I purchased the truck with the kit ALREADY installed. I will no longer take my truck to this location.

I really appreciate the quality and timeliness of the work done on my vehicle—it was excellent. However, I did feel that the service lady’s attitude came across as disrespectful, which made the experience less pleasant than it could have been. I hope this can be addressed, as the technical service itself was great.
