Gary is a great guy excellent service writer But the mechanic that worked on my truck left grease hand prints on my hood and door handles grease I brought my truck in a 9 am And I had a appointment They did not complete my request I have to bring it back on Friday the 5 th

I honestly lost my trust because the first time I brought the truck for them to change the rack pin and transmission mount they told me it’s ready. I went yesterday to pick it up. It wasn’t fixed. My car was doing the same thing. I doubt that they replaced the racking And the transmission mount so I left the truck there when they’re done and they tell me to come and pick it up I would like to see my ultra rack opinion and I would like to see the transmission mount if it’s really fixed.

Completely Satisfied. Gary is one of the main reasons why I continue to take my Colorado for oil changes and any other mechanical issues to your dealership. He’s trustworthy and always explains in detail what services are needed by my truck.

I had another amazing visit at MK Smith this morning. I had a 7 AM appointment to get my oil changed. I had previously made my appointment with Jay, but found out when I had got there that he was on vacation, but I was very warmly welcomed by Jennifer Hunt, who made me feel right at home got a beautiful good morning from Don and all of the service guys who I absolutely adore and love to see when I visit. I think I was in for less than an hour waiting. Enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffee had some good conversations with other guests that we’re waiting got checked out and white lightning is just as happy as she could be always impressed with the unbelievable welcoming and family like atmosphere And for the impressive checkout and kindness that I’m shown.
