Horrible experience!! Took my vehicle in at 10 AM and didn’t leave the dealership till 4 PM. My oil change was completed at 2 o’clock when getting in my vehicle noticed that one of my tires was losing air. Had to wait almost an hour and a half for them to patch it . No sense of urgency from either staff members or mechanics over schedule cars when not enough employers. Staff gives you run around and never has accurate timeframe when vehicle will be completed. They simply just say 15 minutes in and those 15 minutes turn into almost 2 hours.

Martin was so confident that the mechanics at MK would fix the issue I had with my vehicle. Parts were ordered and after a couple of days I was back on the road Thank you Martin and the MKSMITH Service Team for the excellent service and friendly customer support.
