We made an appointment and it still took just over 3 hours. You said you don’t take walk ins that’s why we made an appointment and yet you did take walk ins. You also commented that you were under staffed and apologized for the wait.

Yes I’m highly unsatisfied and most like well seek legal action, I have paperwork dating back to February when I my car in because tires rotated faulty so I had them checked by your mechanic he said they were fine and charged me for a wheel alignment and said I just needed tires so I took it to Comtires in chino found out there’s was a huge crack , I came back again over a thump sound in the rear your rude mechanic claims it’s a link so they replaced it then said it it was struts they replaced it then said it was a control arm and replaced it then said they heard a new noise I’ve never heard a different sound on the front right tire so at this point I just wanted to get my car because now you’re causing problems with my car so when I came to pick up my car I drove out the car lot and heard new noise from the left front tire it was so loud and I can feel something was highly wrong and felt so unsafe I brought it back in fear I may have an accident or issues driving the car the mechanic was rude to me and rude to martin at the service department I’ve never seen such un professionalism from a well know dealer so I’m reporting MK to the bureau of automotive repairs and customer consumer services after I speak with Jason Davis the general manager.

As always the customer service was excellent. Jay informed me that the service team was on top of things today and my car would be ready in an hour. I waited for my car and it was ready 30min later!!!

I notice that tire rotation was not performed on my vehicle not sure why....everything else i had no problem ...Gary was very helpful in all aspects

We waited for an oil change that took 3 hrs. Then were told they were short staff. What a shame. Didn’t even get my coupon applied! Paid online so we lost that too
