I bought this Chevy equinox EV RS about a year ago, love the car, love the luxury style, everything about it. The dealership made me feel appreciated when I bought the car even gave me cookies homemade. Now getting the service inspection done I felt disappointed because even at my older car VW and my wife old Toyota we at least got our cars detailed after every service. This dealership failed to do that.

I had an appointment that I set online that was not found. After my vehicle being there for 4 hours had not been touched until I called. Thank you Jennifer for getting it going. My TPMS sensor for one tire is defective yet I found that out on the paperwork not from the representative or a tech. Also my other 3 tires now have no monitoring now. I came here because Mark Christopher could care less about their customers. Second time coming here and I am not sure I will be back.
