Nope same bs, we cant this and we cant that or pay for this or that then we can do next step.. i pay for extended warranty through your sales team and have issues there to.. i cant just have the vehicle looked to give assurance its all ways some run around .. i dont blame the advisers there trained but maybe you revise the way you deal with customers concerns

I was completely satisfied with jennifer Hunt she was kind professional friendly and always kept me updated on car services. I have experienced all car dealership in my time and jennifer was the first services representative to keep.me updated on my car by text voicemail or email messages I will come back for future car services because of Jennifer.

Tires were requested to be rotated. Wheel lock was reportedly not available and service could t be performed. Spoke to adviser and indicated lock was in storage compartment below rear seat where jack is stored. I don’t believe storage area was checked. Lock is in area.
