Your service staff use to include a copy of all services performed and the condition of what they found. For $142 and change out the door, the receipt was vague at best! Please bring back your service form and standard check ups for a full servicing of a vehicle.

Only a few small issues. they had trouble finding my wheel lock when I picked up the car. They had a try 5 different locks before finding mine. Also one of your service writers, a over weight woman, sorry I don't know her name, gave me a hard time about having wheel locks and that I was waiting for it.
