BE HONEST WITH YOU.I HOPE THIS IS THE LAST TIME WITH THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM. IT'S ALWAYS HANDS THE SAME TRACTION, CONTROL FAULT. BUT ALWAYS A DIFFERENT REASON FOR IT HAPPENING. I'VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS. TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ALWAYS OUT OF WARRANTY.FOURTEEN MONTHS, YOU KNOW, TH THIS TRUCK IS NEVER GIVEN ANY TROUBLE.ALL THESE YEARS, JUST THE TRACTION CONTROL!

Service was great and Martin keep me informed during all process. Part location and delivery to dealership is terrible. That small components does control so many subsystems, and part delivery is not acceptable. But again that is not issues with dealer that is issue with OnStar as they are manufacturer of that part.

It's not directed at her. It's directed at your online scheduling appointments. So when I got there, I took a day off of work. And they said they had to order the part. It was gonna take a week. So I took it to Mountain View, Chevrolet, and they had the part. It was a recall for the airbag and the steering wheel.
