Fiona provided exceptional service, update you concerning what's need to be done and delivered the car on time. I've been coming since 2012-2013 and it was my First time ever had a car wash after the service. That's how you supposed to take care of customer. Giving heads up to Sal he's very patient.

There was significant confusion between staff members about what was done and the whereabouts of the paper work regarding my car. As a result my car stayed extra days awaiting parts and to ensure everything was repaired as promised. While initially there was little communication about the status of my car, after the issues on Thursday Michael worked extremely hard to communicate all the updates directly to me, even calling from his personal cell phone. I greatly appreciate how Michael worked to keep me informed and explained what was going on and he should be commended. However the disorganization and lack of communication between the service dept, the cashiers, and the actually technicians was obvious and did not leave me feeling assured that the stated work was completed. If not for the past 12 years of excellent service I wouldn't have trusted the job to be done and would not have come back. But since this is more of an anomaly and Michael's extra effort to correct the confusion, I will continue to trust Colley ford with my car's maintenance.
