Larry is amazing! I was a bit stressed as the Explorer overheated and I had my baby with me. He got me to the waiting room and handled all the paperwork to get the car repaired. He made a stressful situation very manageable. He even got the shuttle ready to take my son and I home. Not only did he take care of us at the dealership, he called and updated me about the car the very next day and greeted me when I came back to pick it up! Truly amazing customer service! What a valuable employee!!!!
