While I was very disappointed my prior Service Advisor. Eric McCown,was no longer available,Sierra provided awesome service today. I wanted to wait for my vehicle and she and the tech managed to complete, battery check. oil change, radiator/coolant servicing, rear windshield wiper check and brakes done within 4 hours! Kudos to not only Sierra, but also the tech(s) who worked on my car today. :-)
