The car sometimes will not start when pushing the start button and the problem was not fixed
No updates on progress of vehicle. Was told vehicle should be ready at 3:00 I called the service department at 3:30 and left a message. No return phone call. Called again at 4:00 And spoke to a tech who told me the car should be ready between 5:00 and 5:30 and if not it would be ready tomorrow. I live 2 hours away and did not want to wait till 5:30 for someone to tell me the vehicle would not be ready. Paperwork was suppose to be mailed to us from our oil change in September and it never was
I had my Fusion Plug-In Service for oil changed.. The Technician did not reset the Lube oil service life.
They replaced the ETB RE: FSA 17B28, now I’m having a mileage issue . It used to average 50 mpg but after the ETB changed out it drop down to 43 mpg..
I had been calling Mark **** the service advisor, but never returned my messages.
This is something for your Engineers to look at why I have dropped the MPG after the service was done.

I was not kept informed of the service process very well. You have both my home and cell phone numbers but I had to keep calling in. When I went to pick up my vehicle I waited about 40 minutes for it and the service writer finally had to get it. This it's not the usual service experience I have with Coley.
George was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. I appreciated his assistance in getting my car repaired.

Micheal was great and exceeded above and beyond customer service. However, there were two other older men I would like to comment on. Their names are Martin and George. They didn’t greet me and completely ignored my presence for a couple of minutes when finally Martin said he would be right with me. Then he and George proceeded to answer phone calls from customers calling the service department until Micheal came, asked me how he can help me and got me all situated. I can’t thank Micheal enough for his outstanding care and customer service.
George is great and always takes care of what is needed and trust him.
