Michael is absolutely wonderful! Very helpful, honest and is very good with his follow-through. While I have a lot of issues with corporate, Michael has been the one thing holding this whole situation together. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else!

To say I am dissatisfied..is the less I will say...u kept the car for almost seven days and never updated me.....I had to keep call mike...and he would not return my calls. He never gave me an update on the status of the car. I will not be returning to Colley ford for any reason....

I dropped my car off for an oil change. When I picked it up there were 2 more miles on the odometer than when I dropped it off and my seat needed to be adjusted to fit me, as well as my mirrors and steering wheel. Why would all that need to be changed for an oil change? Suspicious.

Michael was prompt at processing my service and thorough and follow up letting me know cost even to the point of letting me know what possible maintenance issues may arise in the short term due to the problem resolved today
