It took 3 days for a supposed half day job - inspite having an appointment and dropping off the car the night before. Inexcusable.

I asked for my cooling system to be flushed and new antifreeze to be added. This wasn't done. Mark was extremely nice. Like him a great deal.

I was very happy with your customer service today and a young man, (dressed as a cowboy-Halloween) was attentive to detail. Mark was great. I didn't have any issues with him.
He kept me posted on my car and called me as soon as he had a quote for me.
However, labor cost are extremely high. Therefore,
I did not leave my car there to get serviced.
Mike did a great job, he was friendly and courteous and called before 12 to let me know my car was done. I called him back to verify it was ready for pickup because my parents were in the area and offered to pick it up for me. Then I called the cashier and paid for it and once again told him my parents would be there in a few minutes to pick it up and she said it was ready. When my parents got there they had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my vehicle, which made me and you both look bad. If you call and tell me my vehicle is ready for pick-up I would expect that it would be out within a couple minutes. Having to wait almost 20 minutes to pick it up is unacceptable and with the prices dealerships charge I would expect better service than that. You need to work on your delivery of the vehicles post service.

Too long of time to fix my lights because parts were not available. They could have given me an option to return my car when the parts are there. Spent extra money for a rental car. Very dissapointed. My car was there for six days
