Eric Mccown is an outstanding example of service excellence not just for cars but the workplace in general. He carried himself in a professional manner, inquiring on the needs and concerns of the customer and following up above and beyond throughout the cars service process. I recently took my other car which is a Toyota to Claremont Toyota and they could learn a lot from Eric over there. I am well pleased with both Eric and the entire service department at Collet ford. The last time I brought my car in as well, even the mechanic left a lasting impression. Please continue to reward the entire service department.
