I just purchased my used 2013 F150 from Glendora Chevrolet but I obviously wanted it serviced by a Ford dealership. I have been to Colley Ford numerous times now buying parts and now getting service done. My experience with Art in the parts department and Eric in service has been nothing short of excellent! Usually Kimberly sets up my appointments and I have total satisfaction for her attention and care and follow up with any on my service questions or concerns .
However this time I just contacted the service department to set up the works oil change service . I do understand that it is always a busy Saturday for service at Colley Ford. However I had an appointment at 7 am and Eric told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I see men dropping off their cars and waiting a shorter time . Do men have a higher priority? Also I did receive a ride home when they told me it would be longer. I called about an hour later to ask service to check my hand break and left a message with Michael for Eric. Eric called me back and said they had no time and to make another appointment . Now I have been going to Colley Ford for both my Fords for a few years.. It is said I was not helped in a better way .
