The representative Eric was very helpful and understanding and patient with me it's just that the price was too high to get my car fixed and there was no guarantee that once they replace the parts it would work so for that reason I was not satisfied but as far as the Personnel they're the cashier and everybody they were excellent
Out of the many cars my husband and I owned—of course we have had to deal with service departments. I can say emphatically and without question or pause, in our experience, Colley Ford has the worst service department we have ever dealt with. There isn’t even a close second. Marc or Mark has to be either A. Near retirement and no longer cares about his job or B. Didn’t like our faces for some reason and therefore made the decision to constantly drop the ball for the near month Colley Ford had our car.
I I appreciate the expeditious and curtious help in getting the work done and my car back to me all in one day.

The reason why we were in was because a service technician damaged our wheels. So, it was an unnecessary day spent without my car. The problem will take another day to finally resolve it.
