Eric was great. We brought our Explorer back for service on a noise issue after bringing the car back having not been resolved previously. I appreciated Eric’s consistent communication with me on the status of the repair during the week they had the vehicle. His honesty throughout the repair process was welcoming. He and the service foreman Gary Woods went above and beyond and told me they would return the car only once the issue was resolved to their satisfaction and even test drove the car with me to pinpoint the issue. Great job and I will be returning to Eric McKown when it’s time for my next service.
Poor service. Condescending when advising me of issues. As a very loyal customer, I would have expected better service. I just paid a lot of money to have wiring done and when my back windows didn’t roll down the next day - I was told it had nothing to do with it and I’m “the one who didn’t get an extended warranty and what do I expect with 100k miles on the car.” I would expect one has nothing to do with the other. When I picked up my car the next day, there was a dent in it. Was then asked if I dropped it off like that after asking what happened. Mark didn’t help me. Mike ended up helping me. To top it off, no apology or anything. Ford pulled the dent out but no care for me as a client. After coming here for 5 years loyally, very disappointed.
Michaels awesome, he was able to get me in with no appointment, and was still in and out in under an hr.
I believe that this repair took entirely to long to get completed, especially considering there weren’t any waiting on parts issues.
I do appreciate Eric’s efforts and daily communications ....he was great service rep. The problem clearly exists within the ranks of the repair technician staff.
I would use this dealership again for repairs. Thank you!

Great experience! Dropped of vehicle the night before, Eric called in the morning to confirm what needed to be done. Alerted me that there was a permanenet fix for the driveshaft coupler issue on my Ford transit, and scheduled that work too.
Very honest about the brake and tire wear, reported just the facts, offered solutions, with no high pressure sales or scare tactics. Will definitely send my vehicle back here for service.
