CJ, Just very very very slow arrived at 10:30 for 11:00 appt simple oil service tire rotation. Didn’t leave until 1pm or so
They did not wash my truck after seriving it. Then asked me if u had time to wait while they took it back to wash it after it had been there all day for a recall on the truck. Every time I’ve been to colly ford I’ve been disappointed.

Appointment took 1 hour longer than they said it would. 2.5 hrs for oil change felt excessive. They forgot to wash car after service. I had to remind them about the car wash and they just sprayed off the outside, leaving bird poop on rear door. Service advisor said wash would include inside windows and vacuum, but it didn't.
